尊敬的用戶,近日部分用戶反映寬頻 WiFi 連線超時,而 5G 行動數據正常。 經排查,問題根源為 GFW 在多個省份的網絡閘道部署了新一代深度封包檢測(DPI)設備,針對固網國際加密流量進行識別並中斷。行動網絡使用獨立出口通道,因此未受影響。
我們團隊已迅速完成以下調整: Some users recently experienced WiFi timeouts while 5G worked normally. This was caused by new GFW deep packet inspection (DPI) equipment deployed at provincial gateways, targeting encrypted international traffic on fixed-line broadband. Mobile networks were unaffected. Our team has completed: port migration (e.g. S.Z.Dedicated from 115xx to standard 25001/45001), protocol camouflage refresh across all transit routes, and routing adjustments for impacted provinces. |
